We will only use your contact details to send you information regarding the specific service you signed up for. Afterwards your contact details will be held for one week incase of a response from you. After this one week waiting period your contact details will be erased.
The only information we hold about you for six months is your Internet Service Provider and Internet Protocol address. We will not divulge this information to anyone unless we believe you have in some way deliberately tried to hurt the Daniel Pearson Photography service, in which case we will build up a case file and pass it on to the authorities.
After you have submitted any content to the Daniel Pearson Photography, the content is subject to these conditions:
- You can request your photos to be removed from the website at anytime with our without notice;
- If you wish to have your content removed, please only send one E-Mail. We aim to remove content within 48 hours.
